The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking Health and Human Services (HHS) pre-qualified organizations to implement COMPASS (Comprehensive Afterschool System) programs in New York City Public School sites and charter schools. The programs will offer a range of engaging enrichment activities to support working families by providing free, high-quality childcare services.
