The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Office of Environment Justice and Equity (OEJE) is soliciting bidders for the acquisition of a consultant agency to help develop Cumulative Impact Analysis and Community Benefits Plan guidance, focused on clean energy infrastructure siting.
