The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking a quote to provide on-site chemical waste disposal as needed for the Thompson Bishop Sparks Laboratory, Pesticide Residue Laboratory, and State Chemical Laboratory in Auburn, AL. The successful vendor will be required to provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to properly package, transport, and dispose of designated waste materials. The service period will be from 10/1/2025 through 9/30/2026. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials • Properly packaging and labeling all designated waste materials in accordance with all applicable regulations • Providing all necessary transportation documents • Transporting the material on licensed waste hauling vehicles • Making two trips to pick-up the annual estimated volume for each waste category
