The Houston Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking a Property Management Company (PMC) to manage its Low-Income Multifamily Public Housing Community at Willow Park and Pinnacle on Wilcrest. The selected PMC will be responsible for providing decent and safe rental housing for eligible, low-income families, elderly, and persons with disabilities. The PMC will be expected to demonstrate competence in areas such as personnel management, maintaining assets, administrative recordkeeping, compliance with policies and procedures, and providing residential services. The contract will be for a term of two years with one two-year renewal option. • Key responsibilities include: • Managing the day-to-day operations of the property • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports • Ensuring compliance with HUD and TDHCA regulations • Providing excellent customer service to residents • Managing maintenance and repairs of the property • Coordinating with HHA staff and other stakeholders The selected PMC will be required to submit a proposal that includes a detailed scope of work, a property management plan, and a proposed monthly management fee.
