The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education is seeking proposals for General Event and Commencement Ticketing Software, Hardware/Equipment & Services. The contract is expected to result in multiple participation award contracts, with successful offerors able to provide services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes providing ticketing software, hardware, and equipment for general events and commencement ceremonies. The contract duration is expected to be 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension. • The contract will be awarded on a university-by-university basis, with each university selecting the best option for their needs. • The State System makes no guarantee as to the number and size of engagements which may be procured under an awarded contract. • Respondents may propose either or both General Event Ticketing Software, Hardware/Equipment & Services or Commencement Event Ticketing Software, Equipment & Services.
