The Navy is soliciting bids for the supply of various shielded mild detonating cord (SMDC) items, including JM82, JM83, JM84, SS14, SS16, WB47, and WB48. The quantities and units of issue vary for each item. The delivery schedule is to be determined, and the Navy intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement with an offer.
