The Alabama Medicaid Agency is seeking a supplier to provide a 20 yard construction roll off dumpster for a minimum of 3 hauls. Items to be discarded include scrap metal and broken furniture. Include all fees such as delivery, tonnage and hauling.Dates of service: 01/01/2025-9/30/25. Vendor will be contacted when we are ready for the dumpster to be delivered.Location: Alabama Medicaid Agency warehouse 2770 Gunter Park Dr East, Unit K, Montgomery, AL 36109Vendor is responsible for sending invoice and service report monthly to purchasing@medicaid.alabama.gov. The Alabama Medicaid Agency reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions.
