The selected solution must provide secure, scalable, and standards-based authentication and authorization services that improve security posture, reduce internal maintenance burden, and support future digital growth. The IAM solution must integrate seamlessly into the existing portal experience and must not require customers to be redirected to a vendor-hosted site for authentication or account management.
