Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as it is a Request for Information (RFI) and not a formal solicitation. However, based on the scope of the project, which involves a three-phase study with multiple reports and deliverables, the budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will need to dedicate significant resources to recruit participants, conduct study testing, and provide reports and recommendations. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific requirements of the project and the contractor's expertise and experience.
