The Department of Information Resources (DIR) is soliciting offers for Emergency Preparedness, Disaster Recovery Information Technology (IT) Products and Related Services. The solicitation aims to establish a Master Cooperative Contract for use by eligible customers, including state agencies, local governments, and institutions of higher education. The contract will provide a range of IT products and services, including data/file security hardware/software, storage devices, computer instructional aids, and more. • The contract will have no minimum purchase guarantees and will be an indefinite quantity contract. • Eligible customers will contact the successful respondent directly for pricing information and to negotiate additional agreements. • The contract will include provisions for electronic and information resources (EIR) accessibility, pricing, and term of contract. • Respondents must submit a response certification form, exceptions table, respondent history and experience, contract marketing and customer support plan, and other required documents. • The evaluation criteria will include pass/fail criteria, such as financial stability and compliance with applicable provisions, as well as weighted criteria, including pricing, respondent history and experience, and contract marketing and customer support plan.
