The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide automated scrub wear and linen dispensing/receiving/combo rental equipment for the Washington DC VAMC. The contract will be for a period of up to one year, and the vendor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the equipment. The vendor must also provide training and warranty services. • The contract is for the rental of 20 automated machines, including large volume scrub dispensers, large volume remote receivers, medium volume scrub dispensers/receivers, and medium and large volume linen dispensers. • The equipment must be compatible with the VA's existing systems and meet certain technical specifications. • The vendor must provide a technical plan, equipment specification sheets, and warranty literature. • The vendor must also provide past performance references and a pricing schedule.
