The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for the abatement, demolition, and disposal of two unoccupied quarters units located in Rosebud, South Dakota. The project includes all demolition and clean up for removal of the properties, and the contractor shall provide all engineering, design, material, labor, logistics, equipment, and supervision required to accomplish the work. The period of performance is 270 calendar days from the date of issuance. • The contractor shall abate all hazardous materials and provide reports of lawful disposal. • The contractor shall demolish the structures and remove all interior materials, trash, fixtures, and equipment. • The contractor shall dispose of the materials by lawful means at a certified landfill and provide receipts to the COR. • The contractor shall bring in enough fill to bring the site back up to grade and ensure the site is clean of all material and debris. • The contractor shall comply with the Indian preference and Indian preference program requirements administered by the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Tribal Employment Rights Office (TECRO).
