The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for the provision of bottled soft drinks for resale in the canteen at the Louisiana Department of Corrections- Allen Correctional Center. The contract will be for an initial period of approximately 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The contractor will be required to deliver the products as needed, with no shipments to be made until the agency calls for a specific quantity. • The products to be provided include 20 oz. plastic bottles of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, and other flavors. • The contractor must be able to obtain and supply the items at their bid price for the entire contract period and within the delivery timeframe provided. • The bid prices must be complete, including transportation prepaid by the bidder to the destination, and firm for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights, disabilities, and environmental protection.
