Description:
The Air Force Installation Contracting Center, 338 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Lifecycle Training Flight (AFICC 338 ESS/PKAD) intends to sole source a contract to Win Aviation for the provision of Fixed Wing Airlift Support Services for the Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW). The contract will provide consistent and safe aircraft support for the Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) curriculum and SW instructor training/proficiency requirements. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to perform air operations, including pilots, co-pilots, and parachute riggers. Key services include: • Providing fixed wing aircraft for air support and paratroop airdrop operations • Conducting aircrew briefings and mission planning • Maintaining aircraft and providing replacement aircraft when necessary • Providing personnel with the necessary qualifications and experience • Coordinating with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and other government personnel to ensure successful contract performance.
