The City of Fontana is seeking qualified contractors to demolish the existing City Hall, construct a new 44,451 sf municipal building, remodel the Development Services Offices (DSO) with a 1,700 sf two‑story addition, and install a 420 sf pedestrian bridge linking the two structures. The scope also includes extensive site work such as utility relocation, street improvements, landscaping, parking, and procurement/installation of furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E).
