The Bledsoe Correctional Complex is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance, service, repairs, and emergency service to its generators. The contract term is five years, and the contractor will be responsible for performing annual and quarterly inspections, as well as emergency repairs. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in servicing equipment and must pass a background check. The contractor will be paid per contracted costs for time, material, and trip charges. The contractor must provide written field service reports and must have prior approval from the Facility Manager before making any repairs or ordering replacement parts. • The contractor must perform annual and quarterly inspections, including visual inspections, cooling system checks, fuel system checks, and lubricating system checks. • The contractor must perform emergency repairs, including responding to emergency repair service requests within four hours of notification. • The contractor must provide written service tickets and must have prior approval from the Facility Manager before making any repairs or ordering replacement parts. • The contractor must provide a written field service report at the conclusion of each visit, documenting the time in which the contractor's technicians signed-in and signed-out, the status of the system upon completion of each visit, and any repairs performed or replacement parts ordered. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in servicing equipment and must pass a background check. • The contractor must be available to respond to emergency repair service requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
