The Howard Community College is seeking a contractor to provide landscape management services for its main campus. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the campus's lawns, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping features. The contract will be for a base year with two optional years. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing commercial or institutional landscape management services and must be licensed to perform landscape management services in Maryland. * Key responsibilities include: * Maintaining lawns, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping features * Providing a detailed plan for meeting the requirements of the project * Managing the project and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner * Coordinating with the College's facilities department to ensure that all work is done in accordance with the College's policies and procedures * Providing reports of operations completed and partially completed to keep the facilities department informed of work progress * Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors
