Description:
The Defense Logistics Agency HQ is seeking information from vendors for elevator maintenance services at the McNamara Headquarters Complex in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, testing, and modifying elevators, including equipment, safety devices, and computer systems. The contract will have a 12-month base period with four one-year option periods. The contractor must have experience maintaining and repairing Dover Traflomatic IV and Swift Meridia elevators, and must be able to meet the required 15-minute/1-hour emergency response times. The contractor must also have a secret-level security clearance for all personnel.
