The United States Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, is seeking information from vendors about commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) records management applications using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The application should be able to perform various records management lifecycle steps, including identifying records, assigning file plan codes, searching for records, creating reports, and documenting the certification of destruction. The new application would migrate records and metadata from the current Records Management application.
