They should also describe any available services, such as installation, training, and maintenance. • The optical tables must be 4 feet in width, 6 feet in length, and 18 inches in thickness. • The tables must have mounting holes with 1/4"-20 threads on a 1" grid, with alphanumeric labeling. • The tables must be flat to within +/-0.004 inches over a 2 ft square area. • The tables must use corrosion-proof sealed holes to protect the table inside from the environment. • The tables must have 3/16" thick stainless steel skins on the top and bottom. • The tables must not include composite or plastic materials between the skin and the core honeycomb. • The maximum dynamic deflection coefficient must be less than 1.0x10-3. • The maximum relative motion between two points on the table must be less than 10-8 inches under certain conditions.
