The County of Butte is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide elevator consulting services for the modernization of California Elevator #64382. The selected respondent will provide design, technical specifications, bidding, and construction support services. The scope of work includes existing elevator assessment, modernization planning, preparation of scope of work and technical specifications, bidding and procurement support, and construction administration and project support. The respondent should possess relevant experience, licenses, and certifications, and demonstrate the ability to execute the County's standard contract. • The respondent should have a valid business license to operate in California. • The respondent should have demonstrated experience providing elevator consulting services and preparing scopes of work and technical specifications for elevator modernization projects. • The respondent should have knowledge of applicable codes and standards per California regulations. • The respondent should have familiarity with construction administration and experience working with occupied facilities. • The respondent should be prepared to deliver services across the anticipated project timeline.
