The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide boxed noon meals (sub sandwiches) to applicants processing through the Lansing Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). The meals must be delivered in accordance with the attached Product and Delivery Specification details. The contract will be for a base period of 1 July 2025 through 30 June 2026, with options to extend for two additional years. The Government guarantees to procure $1,500.00 of boxed noon meals. • The contractor must provide meals that meet the specifications outlined in the attachment. • The contractor must deliver the meals to the MEPS location in Lansing, MI. • The contract will be for a firm fixed price. • The Government reserves the right to exercise options for additional years. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling.
