The Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) is seeking a qualified consultant to facilitate a comprehensive strategic planning process and develop a strategic plan. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with WSB executive leadership and the Board of Directors to ensure the plan aligns with the organization's mission, values, and long-term goals. The scope of work includes conducting a facilitated strategic planning workshop, gathering and prioritizing ideas, and developing a strategic plan that will guide the organization's work and focus over the next two years. The plan should be 5-10 pages maximum and include a 1-page infographic for external posting. Key aspects of the project include: • Facilitating a strategic planning workshop with the Board of Directors and executive staff • Developing a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the organization's mission and values • Coordinating with the WSB CEO and executive staff to ensure optimal delivery and message • Providing a detailed project approach and methodology for managing and implementing the project • Submitting a proposal that includes a cover letter, references, description of approach, and proposed scope of work
