Description:
The Maryland Department of Health, through the Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking an applicant to provide Targeted Case Management Plus (TCM Plus) services to youth under 17 years old who are privately insured, uninsured, or otherwise ineligible for Medical Assistance. The selected applicant will be responsible for overseeing the identification, referral, and connection of youth and families to TCM Plus providers, serving as the fiscal manager for the award, and ensuring ongoing communication with the BHA Grant monitor. The anticipated agreement is for an initial year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with two option years. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the identification, referral, and connection of youth and families to TCM Plus providers • Serving as the fiscal manager for the award, including maintaining local policies and procedures, managing the invoicing process, and ensuring timely payments • Ensuring ongoing communication with the BHA Grant monitor The applicant must have 0-2 years of experience with providing services listed in the Scope of Work requirements and must be able to provide a clear and comprehensive workplan that demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements.
