The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction Ultrasonic Testing (TOFD) training. The contractor will provide two training sessions in a government-provided classroom on the island of Oahu at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard or similar facility. The training will be for a minimum of 96 hours for PAUT and 80 hours for TOFD, and will be conducted for up to 12 students in a 4 consecutive week period. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and instruction for the training. • The contractor must have thorough knowledge and understanding of PAUT and TOFD training and the use of Evident/Olympus Phased Array Flaw Detector and Software. • The contractor must be certified to BINDT/PCN standards. • The contractor must provide all management and labor for the training. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and instruction for the training. • The contractor must comply with all safety, security, and environmental requirements.
