Description:
The Ohio Department of Health is seeking a Contractor to provide evaluation services for the Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Program (TUPCP). The Contractor will conduct evaluation services of the Ohio Tobacco Quit Line (OTQL) and provide evaluation and oversight of the Agency’s community-based tobacco-use prevention and cessation activities. The Contract will be for a term of approximately 24 months, from September 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal. The Contractor must have experience in similar projects and must provide a detailed proposal, including a technical proposal and a cost proposal. • The Contractor will be responsible for conducting evaluation services of the OTQL. • The Contractor will provide evaluation and oversight of the Agency’s community-based tobacco-use prevention and cessation activities. • The Contractor must have experience in similar projects. • The Contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including a technical proposal and a cost proposal. • The Contract will be for a term of approximately 24 months, with the possibility of renewal.
