The Army Contracting Command, 414th Contract Support Brigade (CSB) intends to establish multiple Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to procure professional Italian Safety Coordinator services and other Construction-related services. The services include Design Safety Coordinator (DSC), Construction Safety Coordinator (CSC), and Structural Final Tester (FT) services. The contractor will be required to perform these services in accordance with Italian regulatory requirements and U.S. Army Safety and Health Requirements. The contractor must possess the required training and qualifications as per article 98 of the Legislative Decree n. 81/2008 and article 67, paragraph 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic 380/2001. • The contractor will be required to prepare the Design Safety Plan and perform any and all effort required by the mentioned Decree 81/2008 and applicable rules. • The contractor will be required to update the Facility Maintenance Safety Booklet and may be required to update the PSC, the Preliminary Notification, and any and all required documents. • The contractor will be required to attend the Pre-Construction Conference and any required coordination meeting. • The contractor will be required to check the implementation of the design project and the behavior and strength of the materials, inspect the structural work, and verify the certificates provided by the manufacturer.
