The State of North Carolina, through the State Highway Patrol, is seeking bids for the provision of Generac industrial generators and generator parts. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity, with the State not guaranteeing any minimum or maximum quantities. The generators will be used at the NC Highway Patrol's Voice Interoperability Plan for Emergency Responders (VIPER) Project Towers on an as-needed basis. The contract term will be for three years, with the option for the State to extend or modify the contract as needed. • The contract will require the vendor to provide 40KW and 100KW Generac diesel generators, as well as associated parts and services. • The vendor will be required to complete ATTACHMENT A: PRICING FORM and upload it to the Sourcing Tool. • The vendor will be required to provide customer references, as outlined in ATTACHMENT E: CUSTOMER REFERENCE TEMPLATE. • The vendor will be required to certify their financial condition, as outlined in ATTACHMENT G: CERTIFICATION OF FINANCIAL CONDITION. • The vendor will be required to disclose any lobbying activities, as outlined in ATTACHMENT H: Certification for Contracts, Grants, Loans, and Cooperative Agreements.
