SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking to purchase FujiFilm Hitachi Ultrasound Equipment and Related Products. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and vendors are cautioned that only the listed contact person should be contacted. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms. * The equipment must meet the clinical performance of the FujiFilm Hitachi Ultrasound Equipment and Related Products. * Vendors must provide free supporting clinical documentation and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial if offering a clinical equivalent. * The vendor must be authorized to sell FujiFilm Hitachi Ultrasound Equipment as listed on the Vizient contract or approved equivalent. * The contract term will be through the expiration of the Vizient contract XR0916.
