Key business outcomes include increased online usage, improved user satisfaction scores, reduced processing time, reduced security incidents, and increased revenue collection. • Key features of the solution include self-service capabilities, automated and integrated processes, enhanced system performance, and data analytics. • The proposer should have experience in tax modernization projects for public sector organizations and be financially solvent. • The initial contract term is estimated to begin at the end of the 2025 calendar year and is for five years, with options to extend for up to three additional five-year terms. • Proposers must submit their proposals through RAMPLA and Hightail, and must complete and submit all required attachments and certification forms. • The evaluation criteria include vendor qualifications, requirements, implementation services, production services, and price. • The City aims to provide an equal opportunity for minority business enterprises, women business enterprises, small business enterprises, and other business enterprises to participate in City contracts.
