The contractor must also provide a supply confirmation letter and executed certification regarding compliance with applicable federal anti-discrimination law. • The carpet tiles must be 24 x 24 inches, with a carpet fiber of SD Nylon and a color family of brown. • The adhesive must be beige, 4 Gal. (16 qt.) High Performance Carpet Floor Adhesive, with an adhesive type of carpet tiles and a dry time of 24 hours. • The contractor must be registered and active in the US Government System for Awards Management (www.sam.gov) to receive an award. • The Embassy intends to award a purchase order to a responsible vendor that submits an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.
