INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Claremore Indian Hospital, Indian Health Services, located in Claremore, Oklahoma intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed priced contract with Apex Medical Gas Systems, Inc. 8313 Glade Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73132. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 13.106-4(b)(1)(i), due to the emergent medical gas repairs. The proposed contractor; Apex Medical Gas Systems offers medical gas repairs that is used Indian Health Services wide. The service is compatible with the Indian Health Services medical gas system. The period of performance is 12/11/2024 – 06/10/2025. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Only emailed responses will be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to competed the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in Federal Business Opportunities in accordance with FAR Part 5. However, responses to this notice will not considered adequate responses to a solicitation. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response.
