Iowa State University of Science and Technology is seeking a qualified company to provide a S&C Electric 4.16kV metalclad switchgear for their Utilities Services Department. The switchgear must be manufactured by S&C Electric Company, and no substitutes will be considered. The university is looking for a company that can provide the required switchgear, and the contract will be awarded based on the criteria set forth in the RFQ documents. • The contract will be in the form of an ISU-issued purchase order and/or contractual agreement. • The university may request additional documents or proposal clarifications after the due date and time for proposal submission. • The university may reject any or all proposals and may waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in proposals. • The contractor must identify all parties involved in the performance of the contract and must clearly state any exceptions to or deviations from the RFQ documents.
