The Southern Georgia Regional Commission is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide environmental engineering and consulting services for its Brownfields Program. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing and submitting a grant application for the Environmental Protection Agency's FY2025 Brownfields Assessment Grant, conducting environmental assessments and cleanup consulting, and providing community involvement assistance. The firm should have experience in addressing contaminated properties, grant writing and administration, and environmental assessment. The scope of work includes grant preparation and submission, grant administration, property identification and inventory, site characterization and assessment activities, community involvement assistance, cleanup and development planning, and other brownfield-related duties. • The firm should have experience in environmental engineering and consulting services. • The firm should be able to provide a detailed proposal outlining its approach and methodology. • The firm should be able to provide references for similar services provided. • The firm should be able to provide a fee schedule for all services. • The firm should be able to comply with all applicable federal and state regulations.
