The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) is seeking a contractor to provide four total hydrocarbon analyzers. The analyzers must have specific capabilities, including the ability to monitor total hydrocarbons, a flame ionization detector, and four concentration ranges. The delivery location will be at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract based on best value for the government. * The analyzers must have a minimum of the following capabilities: * One analyzer with capability to monitor total hydrocarbons * A flame ionization detector * Four concentration ranges with 0 to at least 10,000 ppm at the high end * RS-232 Digital Output * Ability to utilize 100% hydrogen as a fuel * Accuracy of at least 1% or less of full scale * Repeatability of at least 1% or less of full scale * Must have an internal sample pump * Footprint less than 494 square inches (Width x Depth) * Height less than 6 inches * Weight must be less than 60 pounds * Sample flow rate less than 2 L/min * Warm-up time: less than 2 hours after ignition * Power: 115-120VAC @ 60 Hz single phase * Single or Multi Point Sampling * Realtime analysis with touch screen for viewing * Chemically inert sample lines, PTFE or stainless Steel * No vendor training required for setup and operation * Delivery by FY26 Q3
