The contract will be awarded based on the best value, considering price and experience. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence. • The vendor must comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and policies related to this procurement. • The vendor must provide all necessary documentation, including a tax registration application and a certificate of authority, if applicable. • The vendor must maintain the required insurance coverage throughout the contract term.
