The Grand Rapids Community College is seeking a commissioning authority to provide commissioning services for the Learning Resource Center Renovation and Expansion project. The project aims to transform the existing Learning Resource Center into a modern and sustainable space that supports student success. The selected vendor will be responsible for commissioning various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they meet the Owner's Project Requirements and are designed, installed, and tested to meet the project's goals, including LEED certification, WELL Building Standards, and Zero Carbon strategies.
