Description:
The State of California, Department of Developmental Services, Porterville Developmental Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide temporary/relief physical therapist services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The proposed term of the agreement is from April 15, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide services for up to 24 hours per week and must have at least 3 years of experience working with developmentally disabled persons. • The physical therapist will be responsible for providing services in accordance with the attached Sample Agreement. • The physical therapist must be licensed by the State of California and have expertise in the field of Physical Therapist Services. • The physical therapist must be familiar with the special needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. • The bidder must submit a bid that includes all required attachments, including a Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet, Cost Sheet, Bidder References, and a copy of their current State of California Physical Therapist License.
