Description:
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a vendor to modernize the permit issuance process by providing a permit management system with a user-friendly interface. The system should integrate with the permit dashboard, provide transparency to permittees and the public, and support complex permitting workflows. The project includes implementing a permittee dashboard, managing permit processes, and aggregating information through APIs or other connectivity mechanisms.
