The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a vendor to modernize the permit issuance process by providing a permit management system with a user-friendly interface. The system should integrate with the permit dashboard, provide transparency to permittees and the public, and support complex permitting workflows. The project includes implementing a permittee dashboard, managing permit processes, and aggregating information through APIs or other connectivity mechanisms. The vendor should have experience in operating in a web-based and cloud-based environment and be able to integrate the proposed user interface with other enterprise systems.
