The County of Tuolumne is seeking bids from qualified vendors to procure and provide installation of new HVAC mini split units for the County Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center relocation to the existing Ambulance/OES/EOC headquarters. The services must be provided for a one-month term, with the option of a one-three month extension. The contractor will be responsible for procuring and installing the HVAC mini split units, including all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including prevailing wage rates and labor compliance requirements. • The contractor must possess a B, C-10, and C-20 Contractor’s License issued by the State of California Contractor’s Licensing Board. • The contractor must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must provide proof of compliance with all applicable safety laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid for the base bid utilizing the County's Cost Proposal form. • The contractor must submit a bidder's bond, cash, certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit from a bank in an amount of at least ten percent of the amount bid.
