Description:
The US Army is seeking industry interest in providing SBU-E transport solutions for tactical assured voice and data. The Army anticipates the need for 6000 SBU-E transport solutions, with delivery starting on 1 NOV 2025 and completing by 1 MAR 2026. The solutions should provide a rapid self-healing and self-forming MANET, peer-to-peer networking, and Layer 2 network connectivity. The Army is looking for a rapid, commercial hardware solution that transports tactical-level SBU-E communications in mounted/dismounted platforms. • The solution should provide a minimum of 50Mbps data rate for 2-node point-to-point communication. • The solution should be able to operate in open and dense terrain environments. • The solution should be compatible with existing vehicle mount installation kits. • The solution should provide a local wireless network, connecting multiple users' End User Devices. • The solution should be able to connect wirelessly to an End User Device and/or Headset. The Army is seeking white papers from interested parties, with responses due by 25 APR 2025, 11:59 PM EST.
