The City of Newport News is seeking bids from qualified firms to furnish goods and/or services for the exterior painting of historic buildings at Historic End view, Lee Hall Mansion, and Lee Hall Depot. The project entails painting the exterior of the listed buildings in accordance with the specifications of the IFB. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities prior to making the award. The bid security shall be 5% of the amount bid, and the bid bond shall be in the amount of $__________.
