The Prince George’s Community College (herein referred to as the College or PGCC) is soliciting Proposals to establish a Contract with a Construction Management (CM) Construction Management At Risk (CM/CMAR) firm to provide professional construction services upon issuance of contract award followed by a Notice to Proceed. The Construction Manager At Risk (CM/CMAR) shall provide preconstruction and construction services for the Dukes Center project by utilizing the Construction Management with Guaranteed Maximum Price method of Contracting.
