Invest Atlanta is seeking a qualified contractor to provide abatement services for the 33 Pryor Street Parking Deck. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and proper protection for lead-based paint. The selected contractor will be required to work collaboratively with Invest Atlanta and JLL, the owner's representative. The project is expected to last for 3 months, and the total cost of the project will be used as the contract amount. • The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal site visit, which will be held on November 24, 2025. • Respondents must have at least 5 years of experience in abatement and/or construction, with a portfolio of at least 3 successful projects of similar scope and complexity. • The respondent must be a legally registered business entity, authorized to operate in the United States and the State of Georgia. • The respondent must have at least one in-house licensed professional with appropriate licensing and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in abatement.
