The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking two Information Technology Specialists to provide non-personal health care services at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center and Satellite Clinics. The specialists will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Windows systems, managing and maintaining virtual machine environments, providing IT helpdesk services, and performing network support. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period and four option periods. The contractor must have experience with VM cloud server administration, network administration, and helpdesk support, as well as certifications such as VM cloud server professional and Certified Network Specialist (CNA). The contractor must also be able to work with multicultural patients and interpreters as necessary. • Key responsibilities include: • Supporting and maintaining Windows systems and applications • Managing and maintaining virtual machine environments • Providing IT helpdesk services • Performing network support • Working with multicultural patients and interpreters as necessary • Meeting all minimum requirements of the criteria, with an average probability of success, and no significant weaknesses or deficiencies.
