The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) is seeking sources to determine industrial capability of potential contractors in development of Compact HLG Technology, to include prototyping. This is a notice only and not a solicitation announcement. The government intends to procure on an Other than Full and Open competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, as a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contract. • The government is seeking capability statements from qualified vendors. • The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 541715. • Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information.
