The project involves the installation of a new fire hydrant assembly, valve, and necessary infrastructure components tied into the existing county-owned fire line at the Fleet Maintenance facility. The work includes supplying and installing a new fire hydrant, installing a 6" gate valve and valve box, and tying into the existing main with ductile iron piping. The contractor will also be responsible for backfill and restoration of disturbed surfaces. • The project requires compliance with applicable local codes, standards, and specifications. • The contractor must provide proof of general contractor license, liability insurance, and workman's compensation coverage upon award. • The contractor will need to provide two references with contact information from customers they've done similar scope of work for.
