The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking information from potential contractors for termite and pest control services at the Santa Cruz Laboratory. The services will include termite pest treatment fumigation using Vikane gas with chloropicrin for the main laboratory building and two additional on-site structures. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the termite pest treatment fumigation. * The scope of work includes pre-treatment inspection, fumigation preparation, fumigation execution, post-treatment procedures, and follow-up services. * The contractor must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including the California Structural Pest Control Board requirements and EPA guidelines for Vikane gas use. * The contractor must hold valid licenses and certifications for structural pest control and Vikane gas application in California. * The treatment shall achieve 100% termite elimination, verified by post-treatment inspection.
