An Indefinite Quantity Service Contract for Interpretation Services will be established with the Vendors who submit their Service Rates prior to the BID expiration. Actual service dates will be scheduled by the Therapeutic Recreation Center Manager or designated staff member based upon the Vendor's availability and pricing on an as needed basis. No single contract usage shall exceed $50,000. This contract does not guarantee the full $50,000 will be exhausted, this dollar figure only describes the budgeted amount for the Fiscal Year.
