The Department of the Interior (DOI) is seeking information on potential solutions for a secure, department-wide technology system to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of financial assistance. The system should be able to support the entire lifecycle, from initial identification of financial assistance needs to grant closeout, and include features such as program planning, pre-award stages, award management, post-award management, audit resolution, and grant closeout. The DOI is looking for innovative technological solutions that can enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience throughout the entire lifecycle. Some examples of desired features include artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, chatbots, and distributed ledger technology. • The system should support industry and government FedRAMP Authorization and include multi-layered record security. • The system should be able to integrate with existing financial systems, compliance tracking tools, and reporting systems. • The system should have a user-friendly interface and provide efficient functionality. • The system should ensure compliance across the Department's mission programs. • The system should be able to evaluate, track, and monitor real property purchases from the initial request for acquisition to post-grant closeout for a minimum of 15 years.
